Ingredients:
- 5 medium peaches or nectarines
- ½ cup salted butter (melted)
- 2 cups oats
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp flour, divided
- 3 tsp cinnamon, divided
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Grease a 9” pan
- Cut fruit into chunks and spread them out in the pan
- Sprinkle around 1 tsp of cinnamon over the fruit
- Combine the rest of the crumble ingredients and spread an even layer of the oat mixture on top of the fruit
- Bake for 25 mins or until the fruits are oozing and the crumble is a light brown
