Stone Fruit Crumble

Summer Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium peaches or nectarines 
  • ½ cup salted butter (melted) 
  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 3 tbsp flour, divided 
  • 3 tsp cinnamon, divided 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Grease a 9” pan
  3. Cut fruit into chunks and spread them out in the pan 
  4. Sprinkle around 1 tsp of cinnamon over the fruit 
  5. Combine the rest of the crumble ingredients and spread an even layer of the oat mixture on top of the fruit
  6. Bake for 25 mins or until the fruits are oozing and the crumble is a light brown
